Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Place the Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until you get coarse crumbs. (Or use a food processor.)
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy. Don’t overmix – keep it airy!
  4. Transfer the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until set. Garnish with extra crushed Oreos before serving.
